Job Description: |
This individual will be a key member of the shared services leadership team, responsible for managing the operations of shared services. This role is responsible for meeting and exceeding customer Service Level Agreements (SLA’s). Manager will be responsible for meeting key business objectives that include; support development and implementation of the shared services business plan; meet and exceed customer service expectations; lead improvement of operational effectiveness and efficiencies. Manager will be leader and supervisor of Senior Analyst for the following functions: IT Solutions, Travel Related Services, Strategic Sourcing and Support Staff. |
Required Skills : |
Reports to the DGM Strategic Partnerships & Shared Services
Manages and supervises Assistant Manager and Senior Analysts to implement Shared Services roll out plan
Supports business development efforts for shared services
Develops service level agreements
Ensures compliance of SS policies and procedures
Achieves continuous improvement in service levels and customer service
Develops and implements strategic sourcing strategy
Maintains supplier development and vendor base
Manage deployment of IT Solutions, Travel Services, Sourcing and Enterprise Support Services
Responsible for shared services revenue growth and cost reduction
Participates in internal control reviews, change management, and SS & SP leadership forum
5+ years in a management or supervisory position
Responsible for developing Asst Manger and Senior Analysts
Position Attributes:
Bachelor’s degree in a business related field required, preferably an MBA
5+ years in a management or supervisory position
7+ years experience in shared services and (or) related field
Experience in global supply chain management, contracts and process improvement
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to lead and work in a team environment
Problem solving, priority setting, planning, directing, managing, motivating others
Business development experience
Negotiations experience and ability to interact with senior management
