Job Description: |
Setup Services, in conjunction with the Managing Director.
To participate in strategic business development and pursue new business and existing opportunities in oil & gas, construction & transportation engineering services and equipment supply
Determine clients needs and requirements and match and coordinate between and them and our principals technology services and product offerings represented by our company
Account/ Project management of customers requests
Act as a focal person during sales, tendering and execution of orders received
Manage the heads/ team leaders of the warehouse, fabrication and paint shops
Recruit and manage technical & support staff
Identify new alliances with key channel partners, define mutual goals and objectives and build awareness and support for overall benefits of alliance or partnership.
Be responsible in conjunction with the managing director for creating and executing the sales plan in accordance with the companies objectives

Required Skills : |
Demonstrate extensive experience on construction/ expansion of onshore and offshore oil & gas, construction & transportation facilities
An understanding of the oil & gas market with an understanding of exploration and production in the oil & gas sector
Excellent knowledge of our products & services (EPC, Construction & Fabrication services, General oil field supplies etc)
Proven account management experience
Proven track record of winning businesses
Direct sales and marketing experience with E&P companies
Good written and oral communication skills
Strong organisational and analytical skills combined with excellent PR and communication skills
Excellent problem solving and oral and written communications skills. You demonstrate a passion for delivering value to customers. Your sales process is built on your technical expertise through education and relevant industry experience
Sound computer skills
A university degree in a technical field or related discipline is preferred along with 10+ years of experience
Good command of english
- Helpful, courteous manner
-Good communication (fluency and presentation skills)

-The ability to master a large variety of product specifications and applications
