Job Description:	The Senior Customer Service Representative is responsible for: � Liaising with clients regarding their service requirements, and providing outstanding customer service � The general upkeep and appearance of the company � Assisting the Customer Service Manager in the running of the company Key tasks: Liaising with clients � Delivery of Customer Service Standards to all Clients � Acting as point of contact for all internal client requests � Meet, greet and take client calls to company's Standards Internal Sales and Marketing � Up sell Products and Services at all times � If required, enter sales information onto Pivotal Centre Facilities � Ensure Centre Facilities e.g. meeting rooms; business lounge; kitchens; are set up to company's Standards � Ensure short stay clients and RVO clients requirements are met � Arrange catering requirements with suppliers Client Services � Provide secretarial services to clients � Provide concierge services to clients � Take deliveries for clients � Deal with post; outgoing mail and faxes for clients Conferencing � Take bookings for meeting rooms from clients � Ensure meetings rooms are set up with correct equipment � Order catering from suppliers and delivering to clients Billing � Ensure all billing information captured correctly, and produce client invoices � Liaise with accounts department if necessary Telecoms and IT � Liaise with clients for all telecom and IT requests � New client preparation � ensure all requests are met and set up � Deal with move in and move outs; moves and changes � Ensure communications room is kept to Standards � Capture all new requests for company and ensure set up with local provider Quality and maintenance � Report faults and maintenance issues � Ensure centre facilities are clean at all times
Required Skills :	� Customer Service and Sales Skills and Experience � Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 2000, and IT/Telecoms conversant � Understanding of Billing processes � Excellent time management and prioritization skills � Previous experience of working in a busy environment � Previous experience of working in a service related business to business environment � Good administration skills
