Responsible for overall accounts, Budgeting, Preparation of Financial Statements & Reconciliation and Auditing
Manage Month End Close & Report creation to Board/Investors.
Cash flow analysis, vendor management and oversight of insurance
Reconciliation of royalty agreements
Liaise with Banks to monitor Transaction revenues
Processing royalty accruals, on-time remittance, account settlement & payout.
Process accounts payable and payroll processing
Full compliance with tax laws and implement internal checks and controls.
Negotiation of facility leases and capital equipment purchases.

Required Skills : |
Chartered Accountant preferred
5 yrs + of accounting experience
2 yrs + of supervisory experience or Acct. Manager
BA Business Administration/Finance or Accounting or related
Very hands on with financial reporting
Strong analytical skills, including computer modeling
Good interpersonal skills
Excellent problem solving skills
Creative mind with initiative and self-motivation
Good written and oral communication skills.
