Job Description: |
The Customer Service Manager is the central point of contact for customers. You are their guide when it comes to using YAP!
Handling on a daily basis all technical and administrative customer requests, and this by phone, SMS, email and face-to-face.
Develop a Call System prepared to answer and support hundreds of inbound customer calls in a day
Setting up customer feedback or complaints procedures
Complaints, enquiries and Problems to be resolved in a reassuring manner with step by step processed instructions to resolve YAP service-affecting & related issues.
For complex technical questions, swift escalation procedures to proper expertise or affiliated partner and consistent follow-up till resolved.
Properly documenting all issue actions and resolutions in a timely manner in the call tracking application for future troubleshooting use.
Recording statistics, user rates and the performance levels of the helpdesk and preparing daily reports to Management
Monitoring random calls to improve quality, minimize errors and track operative performance;
Training staff to give a high standard of service
Developing customer service policies
Reporting on levels of customer service and looking for ways to improve standards

Required Skills : |
3 to 5 yrs + of Customer Service Experience
Strong Customer Orientation and excellent service attitude
Communication via phone, sms, email is one of your greatest strengths
Good knowledge of the Internet and MS Office.
Innovative Problem solver able to handle multiple tasks.
You are passionate about Internet, Mobile and related services
Extremely productive in a high volume, high stress, environment.
HnD or University Degree a plus
