very poor. It is a system that is very hard to penetrate
despite the fact that there are many employers of labour
in Nigeria.
Existing recruitment agencies tend to focus primarily on
senior executive and graduate position in large organizations.
This means that the needs of graduates with no experience
or unskilled staff are not adequately met.
This led to the creation of Doheney Service, an organization
dedicated to giving the Nigeria recruitment industry the
much needed momentum & focus on all areas of employment.
