Nigeria is a highly populated country with a very high number of Unemployed people. The employment system in Nigeria is very poor. It is a system that is very hard to penetrate despite the fact that there are many employers of labour in Nigeria.

Existing recruitment agencies tend to focus primarily on senior executive and graduate position in large organizations. This means that the needs of graduates with no experience or unskilled staff are not adequately met.

This led to the creation of Doheney Service, an organization dedicated to giving the Nigeria recruitment industry the much needed momentum & focus on all areas of employment. The company’s aim is to be a force and significant player across the entire value chain of the recruitment industry in Nigeria.

As a recruitment agency, we at Doheney services are familiar with most interview techniques that employer use. Our consultants give candidates guide to help with their interview skills. This ranges from written to oral and body language techniques. This ensures that candidates gain the required confidence to face interviewers.
